We’re looking for a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide support to our company president.
As the Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibility is to support the company president’s needs, including daily administration, calendar management, project coordination and supervision of correspondence.
As the leader of a dynamic company in a constantly evolving industry, the company president’s tasks and needs are rarely consistent from day to day. They will rely on your knowledge, experience, and intuition to adapt to changing circumstances and work quickly without sacrificing quality.
Some responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include:
You are an exceptional communicator, and organization comes naturally to you. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. You should also be comfortable interacting with high-level clients and C-suite executives.
In addition, you will need strong multitasking, planning and time management skills. It’s important to demonstrate attention to detail, especially when managing multiple projects.
You have proven success working closely with management. Understanding the mindset, workflow, and expectations of upper management will establish a strong foundation for success in this role.
You are willing to adapt and learn. Since projects often move quickly and change rapidly, you must show flexibility in handling challenges as they arise. This may involve learning new tasks or coming up with new workflows or solutions to complete specific tasks.
You’re not afraid to tackle anything tech-related. Daily, you will use either Windows or MacOS and basic office suites such as Microsoft Office, Gmail and various web-based tools. Additionally, knowledge of iOS is preferred. Overall, an intuitive feel for contemporary electronics and web services is crucial.
You have the proper outlook. You are a problem solver, detail-oriented and continuously strive to achieve the desired results. You set the bar high for quality, both in your work and your approach to it. A complete compensation package is finalized once the interview process is concluded. It will account for experience and our judgment of core competencies.
The expected pay range for this position is $35,000 – $45,000 per year.
