The differences primarily lie in their weight, power source, and printing capabilities:

The Clover Flex is slightly larger and has the sturdy feel of a traditional payment terminal. It is equipped with a built-in receipt printer and utilizes a charging cradle.

The Clover Flex Pocket offers almost all the same capabilities as the Clover Flex but is lighter, employs USB-C charging, and does not include a printer.

Each Clover Flex handheld device comes with a protective silicone sleeve. Additionally, the package features a comprehensive Flex starter kit that includes a quick start guide, charging cradle, optional PIN entry aid, power brick, power cord, and one roll of receipt paper.

Yes. All Clover devices, including the Clover Flex portable POS system, are specifically designed to seamlessly integrate with other POS devices through the secure Clover Cloud.

This allows you to open, manage, and process payments for the same order across multiple Clover devices connected to your account–whether a mobile POS system or a standard POS system.

The Flex battery is designed for all-day usage, with the typical SMB reporting at least 8 hours of continuous usage.

The internal printer in the Clover Flex uses thermal rolls that are 2 1/4 inches wide by 85 feet long. You may contact service for assistance in purchasing replacement paper or obtain it from a third-party source.
