Eligible participants may receive one of the following:

•A free MX POS hardware bundle (model and availability may vary), or

•A hardware credit of up to $400 toward the purchase of eligible payment hardware.

 

These offers cannot be combined.

 

The full terms of the MX POS free hardware offer are dictated by Priority Technology Holdings, dba Priority.

 

New merchants who sign up and are approved for service may receive a one-time credit of up to $400 toward the purchase of eligible hardware. The equipment models included in this offer are determined by FiNet and may vary.

 

Credits are applied at the time of hardware purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or applied to previous purchases. Any unused credit will be forfeited. The offer cannot be combined with other promotional hardware incentives. To receive the full credit, merchants must agree to a 24-month processing term. If fewer than 24 months remain on the current agreement, the term will be extended to meet this requirement. Early termination of the agreement may result in an early termination fee of $300, plus $25 for each remaining month in the agreed-upon term.

 

Hardware is non-returnable and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative credit. One credit is allowed per merchant agreement. Additional terms may apply as outlined in the Merchant Agreement.
