Eligibility

This promotional offer is available for a limited time. The duration of the promotional period is determined solely by FiNet and may be ended at any time without notice or a specified end date.

These offers are available exclusively to new merchant accounts that are approved and activated during the promotional period.

The following parties are not eligible:
• Current FiNet customers or merchants associated with FiNet or any of its financial institution partners.
• Former FiNet customers who ceased processing within the previous two calendar years.

FiNet reserves the right to review, revise, and amend these eligibility criteria at any time without notice. FiNet also reserves the right to deny eligibility to any applicant at its sole discretion.

MX POS Offer

Eligible participants may receive:
• A free MX POS hardware bundle including:
• One (1) MX POS station
• One (1) PIN pad
• One (1) mechanical cash drawer
• One (1) compatible receipt printer

Additional Option:
• Add a free MX Handheld Station with an additional monthly service fee. The included model is determined by FiNet and may vary based on availability.

Additional Terms:

• Product models and availability are subject to change.
• The standalone MX POS Bundle requires a three-year commitment.
• The MX POS Bundle with the free MX Handheld Station also requires a three-year commitment.

Early Termination:
If account services are discontinued* prior to the end of the three-year term, the merchant will be charged:
• An early termination fee of $300, and
• One of the following additional fees, at FiNet’s discretion:
1. The remaining balance of monthly hardware fees (at the standard, non-promotional rate) from the discontinuation date through the original end date of the term, or
2. The full balance of monthly hardware fees (at the standard, non-promotional rate) dating back to the agreement start date and through the original end date of the term (36 months).

These fees will be automatically deducted from the merchant’s settlement account.

*Discontinuation includes either formal termination or a cessation of processing activity for three consecutive months or more, unless otherwise approved (e.g., for seasonal merchants). FiNet reserves the right to apply discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Hardware Returns:
Merchants remain responsible for returning all hardware in accordance with the terms of the standard MX POS agreement. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, independent of any fees related to this promotional offer.

Governing Terms:
Additional terms of this offer are determined by Priority Technology Holdings (dba Priority). Priority reserves the right to revise or update their terms at any time, which may supersede the terms above.

All merchants must also comply with the terms outlined in the Merchant Agreement.

Hardware Credit Offer

Eligible participants may receive:
• A hardware credit of up to $400 toward the purchase of eligible payment hardware.

Requirements:
• To receive the full credit, merchants must agree to a 24-month processing term.

Early Termination:
If account services are discontinued* prior to the end of the two-year term, the merchant may be charged:
• An early termination fee of $300, plus
• $25 for each remaining month in the original term.

*Discontinuation includes formal termination or a cessation of processing activity for three consecutive months or more, unless otherwise approved (e.g., for seasonal merchants). FiNet reserves the right to apply discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Credit Terms:
• Credit applies to hardware only. It cannot be applied to processing fees, monthly service/product fees, past purchases, or be redeemed for cash or transferred.
• The credit is valid for a single hardware purchase. Any unused portion is forfeited and cannot be applied to future purchases.
• One credit is allowed per merchant agreement.
• Credit will be applied at the time of purchase.
• Merchant is responsible for any costs that may exceed the $400 credit.
• Credit will be applied at the time of purchase.
• All hardware purchased using this credit is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Eligible equipment models are determined by FiNet and may vary based on availability and need.

Restrictions:
This offer may not be combined with any other hardware promotion or incentive.

All merchants must also comply with the terms outlined in the Merchant Agreement.
